Terms of Use

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you believe someone else has access. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

Your shows, notes and photos remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display them back to you — and to the people you choose to share with. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

Acceptable use

• No abusive, hateful, harassing, illegal or sexually explicit content.
• No impersonating other people, artists or venues.
• No scraping, bulk automated access, or attempts to break security or other people's privacy.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Reporting content

Report anything objectionable to support@iwats.app. We review reports and remove violating content and, where appropriate, eject the responsible user within 24 hours.

Service and accuracy

IW@TS is provided “as is”. Artist, venue and date details read from ticket photos, pasted lists or imports are best-effort suggestions — always check them before saving. We may change or discontinue features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Apple App Store

These terms are between you and IW@TS, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently erases your archive. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
