Your privacy choices

Everything here is self-serve. Sign in and you can change any of it yourself in under a minute — you never have to email us to exercise a right.

Who can see your shows

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Find “Who can see your shows”.
  3. Turn Share my archive off to make everything private again, or on to let people view the shows you've marked visible.

Notes, ticket prices and private photos are never shared either way. Individual shows can also be hidden one by one from the show's own page.

Export your data

In Settings → Your data, download a CSV (opens in any spreadsheet) or a JSON file (every detail we hold, including notes, prices, companions, setlists and upcoming plans).

Delete your account

In Settings → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. This permanently erases your archive — shows, notes, prices, photos, setlists, companions and recaps. It cannot be undone and we cannot recover it, so export first if you want a copy.

Camera and photo permissions

Ticket scanning uses your camera or photo picker only when you start a scan. To change access, use your device settings: on iOS, Settings → IW@TS → Camera / Photos; on Android, Settings → Apps → IW@TS → Permissions; in a browser, the padlock icon in the address bar. Denying access only disables scanning — you can still add shows manually or by import.

Recap links and invitations

Shared recap links stay live until you delete the recap. Companion invitations can be revoked from the People page before they're accepted, and companion links can be removed at any time afterwards.
